Ethical Issues for Therapist-Coaches is a course designed for coaches and coaches-in-training. Therapist as Coach requires knowledge of both scopes of practice.
During this course you will explore the most common questions with regard to coaching ethics, particularly if you are already a therapist or counselor who is adding coaching to their practice. Ethical codes and competencies from three major coach organizations/affiliations will be discussed as will issues of Informed consent.

Course Objectives
Participants will gain an understanding of dual responsibilities of a coach-therapist.
Participants will be able to identify coach competencies.
Participants will familiarize themselves with coaching codes of ethics.
To complete the course you will need to have access to a computer/tablet and should be comfortable using the Internet as you will be working on an e-learning platform. You will be required to answer experiential questions and you will receive individualized feedback from your Learning Coach throughout the course.
