Complementary and Alternative Modalities: Ethics for Coaches is a course designed for coaches and coaches-in-training. Being a CAM Coach is a popular approach. I offer this course exclusively through The Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT).
This self-directed course reviews several Complementary and Alternative Modalities (CAM) and discusses the ethical considerations for implementation into one’s coaching practice. Specific ethical scenarios are offered, using examples from the fields of Reiki, Aromatherapy and Nutrition that many coaches incorporate into their practices. Proper client screening and informed consent is reviewed and sample forms and required wording are reviewed so coaches can not only protect their clients but also themselves.
