If you know me, you know my interests are diverse. And that means the articles I write are on a variety of topics, falling into several categories. I offer a list of broad categories to which most of my articles fall in. I hope this is helpful as you navigate my site and your own interests.
Energy Healing
This category includes my own experiences in giving, receiving and learning about energy healing. From general information about what energy healing is, to specifics about Reiki and the various Reiki levels. I also talk about Kybernetes Reiki, a philosophy of digital healing that I embrace.
Aromatherapy
This category includes many articles about essential oils, recipes, aromatherapy theory and why I became a Certified Aromatherapist. In general, the articles in this category are ‘brand neutral.” I discuss the physical, emotional and spiritual support that essential oils can offer each of us.
Spirit & Intuition
This category contains my writings about Spirit and faith and the gift of Intuition that I use in my personal and professional life. Angels, Spirit, Rituals, Universe as well as the clairs- that is what you will find here.
On Being Well
Mostly I talk about physical wellness and autoimmune (because I have one). But I do not believe we can’t separate out mind, body, spirit so being well- being truly well encompasses all three. I offer my own story of wellness and healing and I offer numerous ways to support your own wellness lifestyle.
Twin Flame Truth
Twin Flame is the new “romantic love” replacement for soul mate. But not so fast. Twin Flames are no joke. If you have found your Twin Flame you know the purpose is not romance at all but rather, to learn self-love, teach others, and be of service in ways that serve the greater good.
Life & Psyche
Admittedly, sometimes I write about things that just don’t fit into my other categories, so you will find my ramblings about current events, a few television series, book reviews, my life as a writer and my short-lived career as a singer here. Sometimes I just have to put it to the page!

This section is for Coaches, Therapists and other CAM practitioners who want to know more about informed consent, the differences between coaching and psychotherapy, how to incorporate aromatherapy, intuition and energy healing into private practice, liability insurance and more. Let’s call this the Toolkit.
Young Living
Several recorded teleclasses specific to Young Living Essential Oils products are offered. In addition, I talk about being a leader with Young Living and representing a Network Marketing company. I discuss attitude, coaching your team and staying “above the wellness line.”
