Below are my offerings~ products, tools, charts, books and courses that include or focus on the use of essential oils for a wellness lifestyle promoting emotional and spiritual growth.
The therapeutic use of essential oils has been at the heart of much of my work for nearly a decade. I am a licensed psychotherapist and a certified aromatherapist.
Purchasing Essential Oils
While my books, courses and tools are brand neutral so as not to promote a specific company, I have been a Young Living Brand Partner since 2014. I use the essential oils, nutritional supplements, personal care and household cleaning products all in support of my wellness lifestyle. Young Living is my preference and if you are not familiar with the brand you can peruse the website HERE.
To be clear, there are many good essential oil brands on the market. Just be sure you are obtaining essential oils that are ethically sourced. And do not ingest essential oils unless the oils are labeled as ingestible. Check the label to ensure the bottle contains pure essential oils as opposed to “with pure essential oils” which means essential oils have been added to a chemical fragrance base.
Essential Soul Care®
Essential Soul Care® is a psychospiritual model developed with my friend and colleague, Dr. Madison Leigh Akridge. The use of essential oils is embued into all aspects of the Essential Soul Care® model. The model provides an examination into synchronicity, meaning and metaphor and teaches the practitioner to guide the client to deeper levels of understanding from a soul play and soul study (shadow) perspective using metaphysical and psychospiritual tools.
Currently, Essential Soul Care® includes:
- Oracle Deck & Guidebook
- Practitioner Course (in development) Parts 1 & 2 with 30 CE each

The use of Essential Oils in Psychotherapy
If you are a mental health professional, coach, healer or in any of the healing arts professions, you may be wondering how you can add essential oils to your practice. I was recently interviewed for a podcast and I discussed the ethical use of essential oils in private practice.
