“My Twin Flame isn’t on board.”
“My Twin Flame isn’t awakened.”
“My Twin Flame is the runner.”
“My Twin Flame is married.”
Those are all common descriptors of various Twin Flame scenarios. You might relate. But those descriptors have nothing to do with the mission. You’ve heard that, I am sure.
What is YOUR mission?
Without repeating what is being said 100 million times a day it seems- and with every variation to a definition of Twin Flame Mission that one could imagine, let’s focus on YOUR mission.
You don’t need your Twin Flame to even show up in your 3D life to get busy on mission. You don’t need your Twin Flame in the room, on board, awakened or aware. If you know you have a Twin Flame then you know as much as knowing you have a Twin Flame, you understand you have been called to be of service. For some of you this may be obvious- perhaps you have always been a light worker or have had a career helping others. For the rest of you, well, you know you are supposed to do something, but what?
Focus on Service, not Union
So the first myth to ditch is the myth that you need to be in union with your Twin Flame. Well, guess what? You ARE in union in 5D. That union just hasn’t manifested in the physical in this lifetime and it may not. You know that, right? And you also know you have work to do. The work includes self-care and being of service to others.
If you know you have a Twin Flame and you understand the purpose of the Twin Flame mission (for everyone to be able to rise up, to ascend, to raise the human consciousness) then you know you are called to pay it forward regardless of the current state of your Twin Flame relationship. Your awareness of your Twin Flame simply calls you in at an even deeper level to be your best you so that you can assist others to do the same.
When you are feeling particularly down, overwhelmed or confused about your Twin Flame relationship here are 5 remedies for Twin Flame distress.
Vision and Mission
Work on your vision and mission. Do you have a vision board? Do you know what your mission is? Create a vision board; write out your mission. If you don’t know where to start, consider a coach who can help you determine what your “Why” is, or what your “Core Desired Feelings” are.
Write down 25 things you are grateful for. Yes, 25 gratitudes. Do this everyday because when we intentionally give thanks we open ourselves up to love. Love means being open to giving and receiving.
Be of Service
Ask Spirit how you can be of service. Ask your Higher Self, your Higher Power, your Spirit Guides. Once you ask, be sure to listen to your inner voice. Chances are you already know what you are being called to do- and that goes for being called to commit one act of kindness in your day to the BIG calling that is your life’s purpose.
If you are still unclear about how to be of service, step out boldly and just DO IT! Find a local charity and volunteer for a day or even an hour. Think about making a commitment.
Indulge in self-care. Get a massage, take a mental health day, binge-watch a new series or change your hair color. Do something that feels soothing. Gift yourself.
These sound like simple remedies but really, this is about being present and mindful with your journey. Deeper steps can be taken once we begin with actions such as those I mention.
Remember too that what your Twin Flame evokes in you- whether it is anger, feelings of abandonment or a need to be needed (these are just a few examples)- when you feel those feelings, take note. That is your core issue. The core issue will continue to present itself until you work through it. Every time your Twin Flame “runs,” what gets kicked up is what is there for you to work on. It always comes down to self-love.
