Update 2020: Oola is no longer partnered with Young Living so the Infused 7 essential oils kit is no longer available- but the book is still great!
There’s a brand new book out for women and it is written by two awesome guys, Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl. I had the pleasure of hearing them speak recently at a Young Living Essential Oils Accelerate event in Tallahassee.
If Braun and Amdahl got Young Living’s attention, I knew I needed to listen up. The oils have changed my life in awesome ways and I am proud to be a Young Living leader and educator. Through my membership I have had so many awe-inspiring moments and opportunities. Living an Oola Life is one of them. And this book fits right into the concepts for women manifesting.
So what does all of this have to do with women finding balance?
A few years ago, I learned that Young Living had partnered with Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl. Their first book, Oola Find Balance in an Unbalanced World made an impression on Gary and Mary Young so much so that they created an essential oils collection to go along with the seven areas of life addressed in the book That awesome collection is Infused 7, with 7 unique blends-
I thought the first book was great and the corresponding oils collection really created a nice pairing for using our olfactory senses to support goal setting and manifesting. And NOW, the Oola Guys have released a new book- Oola for Women: How to Balance the 7 Key Areas of Life to Have Less Stress, More Purpose, and Reveal the Greatness within You.
What is Oola?
oo-la (noun): That state of awesomeness. It is when your life is balanced and growing in the seven key areas of life – the 7 F’s of Oola (fitness, finance, family, field (career), faith, friends and fun).
The new book is for and about women. The 7 F’s (yes, we believe in using these particular F words) are covered along with the blocks that keep us from balance and accelerators that can help us find balance. Complete with an appendix of worksheets and tools for goal setting. this is THE book to shift your paradigm and get you started on creating the life you want. The Oola Guys (with the help of 42 incredibly inspiring women) have created a step-by-step guide to get it done!
