I offer Private Sessions that combine my skills over the years as writer, therapist, coach and mentor. You write to me what is on your heart- a paragraph or two- or more if you are so inspired- I tap into spirit and respond. I call this process Restorative Soul Writing.
The most challenging part for me is finding the clear space to do this very sacred work. This is not an “on demand” service so you can expect a reply from me within 2 business days. This Soul Writing, as i like to call it, is something I have done for a long time, even before I knew what it was called. Now I realize what this gift is, and I use this gift to help others.
Automatic Writing
The Soul Writing I do is a form of “automatic writing.” That means, I sit down to write, and the words flow onto the page. Quickly. Precisely. With meaning, and on point. Years ago this may have been in the form of a letter to a friend or loved one. Sometimes this automatic writing would happen when I wrote academic papers for school and later for publication- always when I had a strong and passionate message to share.
And along my career path I conducted online therapy- for many years I corresponded through email and chat and found that I preferred this method of delivering psychotherapy and counseling over in-person interactions. I found the process to be such a rich and meaningful experience. I have written thousands and thousands of intentional therapeutic emails (letters) to my clients.
Career Shift
A few years ago I decided I no longer wanted to work within the traditional medical model. I didn’t want to deal with diagnoses, pathology, treatment plans, insurance- I just wanted to help people reach their highest potential and so I became a coach, and a coach educator. And then I decided to come out of the closet as an intuitive (because I had always used my intuition in my work…) and then I added energy healing and essential oils to my toolbox and well, here I am.
I do see people in-person and those in-person sessions involve writing. I encourage you to write for 5 minutes- whatever comes up for you, and while you are writing, I do the same on your behalf. I ask my spirit guides (and yours) to speak through me on your behalf. What are my specialties?
Essential Soul Care™
All of my intuitive and psychic readings include the integration of Essential Soul Care™, a psychospiritual approach to guidance and direction. This approach includes the use of the Essential Soul Care™ Oracle Deck and processes defined in the Essential Soul Care™ Playbook. The Oracle deck book and corresponding course are all authored and facilitated by me. I give you intuitive feedback, always offering a card spread from my deck. I sometimes pull from other decks when needed or desired for clarity.

What will we talk about?
We can discuss anything that has your soul stirred. Generally, people reach out to me because they have read something I wrote or took a course and my “style” touched theirs. They have a deep longing to embark on a fulfilling career as a guide, mentor or coach. I also have personal experience managing my own autoimmune disorder so people want to talk through their health journey with me. Others reach out to discuss love and romance including soul mate and Twin Flame relationships.
How does it work?
Once you have chosen your package you will receive an email from me that will offer a secure and confidential method for us to communicate. In the email I will offer you a welcome letter that gives you pointers on how to get started with your first letter to me. I respond by calling on my skills, intuition and channeling abilities. We continue in this manner for as many exchanges as you desire.

One-Off Exchange- $75
This is one exchange. Once you receive your Welcome Letter, you will write to me about your concerns and questions. I will respond to you within 2 business days. My response will be conclusive with the assumption that no further exchanges will take place. I may give you questions or thoughts to ponder and at some point you may decide to return for an additional session.
Package of 4 Exchanges- $275
This is a series of 4 exchanges. Once you receive your Welcome Letter, you will write to me about your concerns and questions. I will respond to you within 2 business days. My response will include questions or thoughts that you might consider in your response to me. Once I receive your response I reply again until we have completed the 4 exchanges.
