I am building a dynamic team of like-minded people who are growing their businesses, both part and full-time, by sharing and educating about essential oils. Some folks might call me an “accidental builder” because when I started using essential oils I already had a career. 🙂 I was a psychotherapist. For, like, uh, 20 years.
I had begun the shift- I had become a wellness coach and I had already shifted to educator as my primary role. But once the oils came into my life. Wham! Everything shifted. The earth on its axis, and my feet finally firmly planted on earth’s ground, I transitioned to a focus on essential oils being pivotal in my business.
Now I am looking for others who may want to do the same. Some of you may be ready to take the plunge head on into a new full-time effort, while others of you may be seeking part-time income. What you might be wondering is what you can expect, and what I expect from you. First, we don’t have to be in the same community. Young Living is global, so no worries about your location.
What can you expect from me?
You receive mentoring and coaching both in your use of essential oils and other Young Living wellness products, and as a Young Living Business Builder. And you don’t just get me. Those of us who are making this life’s work a success get what “team” really means. You will be plugged into my builder team and you will also be plugged into a much larger team for additional resources and support. If you wish, you will have the opportunity to participate in an online “bootcamp” for new builders.
Here are some of the expectations I have of you…
Do you need to be a natural health expert? No. But you do need to be willing to share Young Living Essential Oils from a place of service and genuine concern for others- no cheerleading, misleading, manipulating or spammy sales pitches allowed. And if you are already a healthcare professional, you will learn about the ethical boundaries that come with product sales. You will need to commit to your own “immersive experience” with the oils and agree to make a $100 purchase per month. This is your cost of doing business but more importantly it is a way for you to learn as you earn, always trying new oils and blends and additional wellness products.
